The French technique for what diet and exercise leave behind.

Patricia Blanco treated clients and trained practitioners in France for fifteen years before opening on South Beverly Drive. She still works every session herself.

What it is for

If it hasn't shifted, that isn't a willpower problem.

Resistant fat, fibrous cellulite, fluid that settles in the legs, skin left slack after a pregnancy — these are tissue conditions, not motivation ones. They sit in a layer that cardio and calorie deficits do not reach.

  • Fat on the stomach, hips, thighs, arms or back that will not move
  • Cellulite, including the dimpled and fibrous kind
  • Heavy, swollen legs and poor circulation
  • Skin that lost its tone after pregnancy or weight loss
  • Scars — surgical, traumatic, recent or decades old
  • Swelling and bruising after surgery

The method

Mécano-stimulation, not massage.

Endermologie reaches the layer a hand cannot. A patented motorised head folds and releases the skin at a rhythm the tissue can answer — the same technology used in French hospitals for scars and circulation.

Fat cells do not respond to pressure. They respond to rhythm. Mechanical stimulation at the right frequency triggers lipolysis in adipocytes that have stopped releasing — which is why resistant zones behave differently under endermologie than under any amount of training.

At the same time the stimulation wakes fibroblasts, the cells that manufacture collagen and elastin, and pushes lymph and venous return back into motion. Three effects, one treatment: fat released, skin rebuilt, fluid drained.

Step one

The suit

You are fitted in an endermowear suit. It lets the heads grip and move tissue without dragging on skin, which keeps the treatment comfortable and entirely non-invasive.

Step two

The head

Patricia selects from LPG's patented heads and sets depth, rhythm and sequence by zone. Resistant fat, a scar and a slack jawline each want a different motion.

Step three

The response

Stimulated tissue resumes work it had stopped doing: localised fat release, collagen and elastin synthesis, lymphatic and venous drainage.

FDA-cleared claims cover a temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite and in the circumferential measurements of treated areas. Percentage figures are LPG's own published clinical data. Individual results vary.

Treatments

Three protocols, all read from one diagnosis.

Nothing is booked off a menu. Patricia assesses your tissue by hand and eye first, then tells you which protocol applies, how many sessions it honestly takes, and what it costs.

Lipomassage

Body

Resistant fat, cellulite, fluid and slack skin, across the whole silhouette.

  • Dimpled and fibrous cellulite
  • Water retention and heavy legs
  • Loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss

Endermolift

Face

A lift with no needle in it. The head works at the dermis so skin rebuilds its own density.

  • Fine lines and crepey texture
  • Loss of density, slack jawline
  • Dull complexion from stress or travel
  • Nasolabial folds and double chin

  • Venous insufficiency and post-partum

The practitioner

Patricia Blanco

Patricia built her reputation in Aix-en-Provence, where her centre became one of LPG's pilot centres in France. She worked alongside surgeons, osteopaths and nutritionists, specialising in the lymphatic and venous systems, anti-ageing and skin quality.

Her clients there included professional athletes, actors and models. In time LPG asked her to train other practitioners — the level above certification. She brought that practice to Los Angeles in 2012.

Listening comes first. It is how you choose the right protocol — and how a client stops worrying.

Results

What a course actually looks like.

5.0 ★★★★★ Every one of 11 Google reviews

Endermologie is cumulative. Most clients notice the drainage effect immediately and the shape change over a course — which is why Patricia measures rather than asks you to guess.

After session 1

Lighter, drained

The lymphatic effect is felt first — legs lighter, less swollen, skin smoother the same evening.

Sessions 2–4

Texture changes

Skin starts to feel more supple and even. Fibrous zones soften as tissue becomes easier to mobilise.

Sessions 5–10

Shape changes

The measurable part. Circumference comes down in treated zones and the silhouette redraws.

After the course

Maintenance

Results hold while the process keeps running, so most clients return every few weeks.

The studio

One room, on South Beverly Drive.

Suite 210 is a single treatment room — no rotating staff, no waiting area full of other appointments. Four blocks from Rodeo, and quiet.

Your first visit

Diagnosis comes before the machine.

Appointments only — there is one treatment room, so there is no walk-in slot to wait for. Allow an hour the first time.

01 — Diagnosis

She reads the tissue

By hand and eye, before anything is switched on: where fat is stored, how fluid is moving, how skin is holding.

02 — Protocol

A plan with numbers in it

Heads, settings, zones, session count and price, agreed before you commit. If endermologie is wrong for you, she says so.

03 — Sessions

Thirty-five minutes

Twice weekly while tissue responds fastest, then spaced out. You leave in the clothes you arrived in.

04 — Review

Measured, then adjusted

Measurements at set intervals so progress is shown rather than assumed, and the protocol changes as tissue changes.

Questions

Before you call.

Does it hurt?
No. Most clients describe it as a firm, rhythmic massage and some fall asleep on the table. For scar work or just after surgery, Patricia starts at a lower intensity and builds up.
How many sessions will I actually need?
Body courses usually run 10 to 16 sessions, twice a week at the start. Face courses are often shorter. You get a real number at your diagnosis rather than a range — it depends on the zone, the type of fat or cellulite, and what the tissue has already been through.
What does it cost?
Pricing follows the protocol and the length of the course, so it is quoted once Patricia has assessed you — in full, with no per-session surprises. Call (442) 666-9488 or email lpgbyblanco@gmail.com.
What do I wear?
An endermowear suit, which the studio provides. It covers you completely and lets the treatment heads work without pulling on the skin.
Is there any downtime?
None. Nothing is injected, cut or heated. You can come at lunch and go straight back to work. Drinking water afterwards helps the drainage along.
Will the results last?
Endermologie restarts a physiological process rather than removing tissue, so results hold while that process keeps running. Most clients finish a course then return for maintenance every few weeks.
Can I come after surgery, or after having a baby?
Yes — both are among Patricia's specialisms: post-operative swelling and bruising, scar work, and post-partum recovery. Bring your surgeon's clearance and the date of your procedure.
Is this only for women?
No. Men come for resistant fat on the stomach and flanks, back pain and restricted fascia, scar work, and face treatment.
How is this different from a lymphatic massage?
A manual lymphatic drainage massage moves fluid. Endermologie does that too, but mechanical stimulation also reaches the fat layer and the fibroblasts, so it changes shape and skin density as well as swelling — and it is reproducible, at the same depth and rhythm every session.
How do I book?
Call or email — Patricia schedules directly. Please book before coming in; the studio cannot take walk-ins.
